2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information you provide regarding your vessel (size, type, condition). Our standard rate is $100–$125 per hour, inclusive of all consumables and products used.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Final pricing may vary if the vessel's condition differs significantly from the information provided at the time of quoting
- Any variation to the quoted price will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work commences
- GST is included in all quoted prices unless otherwise stated
3. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed upon your verbal or written acceptance of a quote. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule:
- More than 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee — we are happy to reschedule at no cost
- 24–48 hours notice: 25% of the quoted job value may be charged to cover reserved time and travel
- Less than 24 hours notice: Up to 50% of the quoted job value may be charged
- No-show / unable to access vessel: A call-out fee of $80 may apply to cover travel costs
We understand that circumstances change — please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule and we will always do our best to accommodate you.
4. Access & Site Requirements
As a fully mobile service, we require appropriate access to your vessel at the agreed location. You are responsible for ensuring:
- Safe and legal access to the vessel is available at the agreed time
- The vessel is accessible and not locked or secured in a way that prevents work commencing
- If your vessel is in a marina or boat club, you have obtained any necessary permission for external contractors to work on site
- Adequate space and water access is available (we supply our own water and equipment)
- Any hazardous materials, valuable items or delicate equipment inside the vessel are removed or secured prior to our arrival
5. Liability & Pre-existing Damage
We take great care with every vessel we work on. However, the following terms apply regarding liability:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions present on the vessel prior to commencement of work
- Where possible, pre-existing damage will be noted and communicated to you before work begins
- We carry public liability insurance for all work carried out
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided in the event of any damage caused by our work
- We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing mechanical faults, structural weakness, or undisclosed conditions of the vessel
- Engine bay detailing is carried out using appropriate low-pressure and dry techniques — we are not liable for electrical or mechanical faults that were pre-existing or arise from pre-existing issues
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee that we won't leave until you are 100% satisfied with the result. This means:
- Upon completion, we will walk you through the work completed
- If you identify any area you are not satisfied with, we will address it before leaving at no additional charge
- Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the quality and completeness of the work agreed upon in your quote — it does not cover outcomes that are limited by the pre-existing condition of the vessel or surfaces beyond what professional detailing can achieve
Please note that heavily oxidised, damaged or neglected gelcoat may have limitations on the results achievable through detailing alone. We will always be transparent about expected outcomes before commencing work.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:
- Bank transfer (EFT) — preferred payment method
- Cash
- Card payments (subject to availability — please confirm at booking)
For larger jobs (quoted above $500), we may request a 20% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
8. Weather & Rescheduling
Some of our services, particularly exterior polishing and ceramic coating, require appropriate weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather (heavy rain, extreme wind, or temperatures outside the safe application range):
- We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment at no cost to you
- We will contact you as early as possible — typically the evening before — if a weather reschedule is required
- Rescheduled appointments will be offered at the earliest available date convenient to you
9. Ceramic Coating Specific Terms
Our 20H hardness graphene ceramic coating service is subject to additional terms due to the specialised nature of the product and application process:
- The vessel must not be exposed to water or rain for a minimum of 24 hours following ceramic coating application
- Paint correction and surface preparation is included in our Graphene Pro and Full Vessel Elite packages — results are dependent on the gelcoat condition at time of application
- Ceramic coating applied over surfaces with significant subsurface damage, severe oxidation, or delamination may produce limited results — we will advise if this applies to your vessel
- Warranty claims for ceramic coating durability are subject to the vessel being maintained in accordance with our aftercare guidelines (provided at time of service)
- The stated durability (1–2 years for Ceramic Shield, 3–5 years for Graphene Pro, 5+ years for Full Vessel Elite) assumes appropriate maintenance and care — exposure to harsh conditions, abrasive cleaning, or lack of maintenance will reduce coating life
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the quoted value is required to book a ceramic coating appointment due to the product and preparation costs involved
10. Privacy Policy

- Your information will never be sold to third parties
- We may use your contact details to follow up on your service or send occasional relevant communications — you may opt out at any time
- Photos of your vessel may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes (social media, website) — please advise us at the time of booking if you do not consent to this
- We store your data securely and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988
